How quickly can you turn around connection calculations?
For straightforward connection design — end plates, base plates, fin plates — we typically return calculations within 48 hours of receiving the brief. For larger packages involving multiple connection types or full GA drawings, we'll agree a programme upfront. We understand fabrication schedules don't wait.
Do you produce drawings we can send directly to building control?
Yes. All our GA drawings and structural calculations are produced to building control submission standard — fully annotated, referenced, and accompanied by an engineer's design certificate. We handle any follow-up queries from building control directly so it doesn't land back on you.
Can you work alongside our existing architect or designer?
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate directly with architects and designers. Just copy us into the project communication and we'll work to whatever drawing issue is current — we're used to working within an existing project team.
Do you offer ongoing arrangements for regular fabrication work?
Yes. For fabricators with a consistent flow of projects, we offer a preferred partner arrangement — you get priority turnaround, a consistent point of contact, and a fee structure that reflects the volume of work. Get in touch to discuss.
